6/8 - Sox vs. DBacks - Beckett vs. Davis
Prime game for Beckett. If you guys recall correctly, he was an offensive beast during interleague play last year. I hope to expect the same this year to go along with his VERY good NL pitching track record.
However, Doug Davis is one of those junk lefties that ALWAYS finds a way to screw with us. His days in Texas are an example of such, though we did get to him when he was in Milwaukee. If it's the Brewers version of Davis, we should cruise. If it's the Rangers version, we're screwed. |

Mikiemo's quote was from Bull Durham. Great baseball movie. Some others I like are Field of Dreams (There is a Fenway Park scene in the movie). Major League is hysterical. The Natural is pretty good. Eight Men Out about the Black Sox scandal.
