This Arrieta kid is 9-6 but his ERA is over 5.00. This has the makings of another 15-10 game (unfortunately, it could go either way).

GO SAWX!

Red Sox Lineup:
Jacoby Ellsbury, CF
Dustin Pedroia, 2B
Adrian Gonzalez, DH
Kevin Youkilis, 1B
Josh Reddick, RF
Carl Crawford, LF
Marco Scutaro, SS
Jason Varitek, C
Yamaico Navarro, 3B

Haven't seen the O's lineup posted yet.

GTFOH Ellsbury. Don't need to steal bases if you hit it out of the park.

Nice win.

Great pitching performances all around. It's nice when they don't have to score 10+ to win.

I kid you not, we went the previous 2 days.

HELLA-busy the past week or so.

However, hope you didn't go tonight cuz kids wouldn't have been free :)

I have gone after a noon start and been rewarded before but tonight I cooked. not saying I will not go tomorrow - a great deal and they will still make the kids chicken taco meal that is no longer on the menu.

I've learned in the last month or so that Andrew Miller is a reasonably serviceable 5-6 inning pitcher when facing Major League lineups with losing records.

I don't really expect much more than that from a bottom-of-the-rotation guy. It will make life interesting for Francona when Lester and Buchholz return.

Lackey to bullpen?
