Paps has a nice little mullet going on.

It was nice to see him K the side today. The top of the order which included NL MVP Ryan Howard & Utley (damn good player). It made me feel warm inside.

I didn't see Papelbon pitch today........I assume he did not pitch from the stretch? if so, it must have looked strange

how does his "starter's" motion look?

I only saw that one inning... I think he might have pitched two. But from what I saw, his starter's motion looked great. Nobody even came close to hitting him in the 3rd. It was a pretty dominating performance. It is ONLY spring training but a good sign, none the less...

what's your take on a Pineiro/Donnelly dual closer deal? if one of them can step up so that Papelbon can remain in the rotation, the Sox starting pitching propects look sick

Paps looked GREAT today! Struck out Howard today! He said in the interview that he had to force himself to scale himself back. He's got that competitive fire.

But, yeah he looked sharp and in command. Is it April yet?
