My daughter gave birth tonight to my first grandchild. A beautiful baby boy. As I was holding him in the delivery room I got video texts of the game & I was letting the baby watch them. It's never too early to start. I had her watch the games with me while she was pregnant so he could hear it. Just thought I'd share that.

Congratulations. I hope your grandson stays healthy and happy until at least the next century.
Pity his first Red Sox game was such an Epic Choke.

Thanks everybody. I'm just soooo excited. As for last nights game, I would have prefered he see us win, but being a diehard Sox fan means taking the bad with the good @ dealing with the heartache as well as the celebrations so it's ok that he witnessed that. Now I have to think of bad words to call the Yankees that don't involve cursing so that when he's old enough to talk he can talk s**t without getting in trouble. Any suggestions?

How about 'pin-striped doody-heads?'

That has a nice ring to it. Pinstriped pinheads works too. PPs for short, although that could get confusing for a little boy. :)

I like it! I've been looking for clothes for him & I found a bunch of cute anti Yankee onesies, bibs & T-shirts. Chowdaheadz has a shirt that says 'Red Sox fan just like Grandma' I'm definitely getting that along with the ones that say 'Grandma calls the Yankees bad words', 'It's no my diaper that stinks, it's the Yankees', 'Red Sox shirt, Yankee diaper' & of course 'Born into it'. I already bought him a onesie with a matching bib & booties. It's hard to find stuff for babies around here, everything is Yankees & Mets. He should be home by Tuesday so he'll be watching the game with me that night. Sorry for rambling on like this, I'm just so excited I want to scream. Keep the suggestions coming guys, you can never call the Yankees too many names.

I've seen both of them 2. I will get them all. My mom ordered some Sox onesies 2day then she bought him a Sox bib so we are getting things done. I live in Yankee country so finding stuff is hard.

Here's a cool site with some great anti-Yankee/pro-Sox stuff.
