I'm planning on watching four or five innings depending on the pace of the game.
How many are you guys (and gals) planning to watch?

I voted the whole game... but it's sort of a cheat question for me. I have two small TV sets side-by-side in my parlor, so I'll put the Sox game on the left TV and turn down the sound. :D

I voted 3-4 innings. I usually watch until all the starters or guys from the 25 man roster are out.

0 sadly.
I live in NJ now and won't have any games on my local TV. I'm holding out on buying MLB.TV just yet in a desperate hope that MLB's deal with Driect TV falls through.

if it conflicts with when Antonella Barba is going to be on American Idol, then I'm out

It's on at 7:00 P.M. on NESN. And, it's online with MLBTV and the radio broadcast should be on XM Radio. WEEI probably will have the Celts game on. Last year, I had to listen to the Spring Training game with the Minnesota broadcast on XM. It was funny to hear their radio guys trying to say "Youkilis".

Does anyone know if any ST games will be on ESPN?

I don't think so. I mean, March Madness is almost upon pretty much every part of the counrty except for Boston. I'm pretty sure that most of ESPN's time will be tied up in the Final Four and the last half of the NBA (and to a lesser degree NHL) season. MLB exhibition games aren't real ratings getters.
Who knows? I mean they have ESPN 4 now, right? :)

ST games are like NFL preseason games. At first, it's cool to see all the guys you normally don't see during the regular season.
Then, as the game progresses, you realize WHY most of those guys don't play in the regular season.

I was kidding. :)
Why cover MLB when you have the college softball World Series, the women's Final Four and indoor vollyball to cover? :icon_eyes

I dont even have ESPN The Ocho.
Neither do I, I think ratings plummeted after Cotton McKnight left the network.

I voted 3-4 innings but it depends on who they put in. I don't get to see the minor league games so it's interesting to see some of those guys play.

Well, so far... good to see the young kids in the bottom of the order getting hits.
Oh, yeah, and Tavarez still sucks. God forbid he end up the closer... :icon_hang

Oh, yeah... I had the radio on for a bit. Why the hell did they get rid of Jerry "Way back!" Trupiano? Whoever they had on tonight (the guy they replaced him with, Glenn Gefner?) sounded like a wimpy geek. All I could picture was the Michael Bolton character from "Office Space"...

Like the poem says:
“Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”
