1-I was not able to see the game at 2pm
2- I am able to see the game in mlb archives but
3-I have seen the score
So............my questions is how did JPB look in this lost any improvement or should we worry?

Hi Muse. Scroll down if you wish. Possible spoiler (number of innings pitched, score at a certain point in the game, etc.).
IMO, he looked better. He wasn't really "lights out", but he threw 90-something pitches (I think) in 7 innings. He didn't give up any home runs. The score was 3-1 when he departed. We just couldn't get anything going offensively against Buehrle or their pen.
Thanks lady that is good to know, first no HR and then that score into the 7th and he made it into the 7th, good good good

There was also a close play at the plate that got Beckett out of the third inning, which was the one in which the White Sox scored all three of their runs against Beckett. Mark Kotsay was sliding into home plate and was called out when the home plate umpire indicated that Varitek had tagged him on the arm. Replays seem to indicate that Varitek in fact missed Kotsay's arm ... but it looked like Varitek just knicked Kotsay's hip with the tag milliseconds before Kotsay was able to get his hand onto home plate.
So the call was correct, but it easily could have gone the other way, which would have added at least one more run, and would have prolonged the inning even further.
Beckett got the last seven batters out that he faced, though, so if you believe in momentum, he had some at the end of his appearance.
