Breaks Tommy Harpers record with a steal of third leading to the 1st Sox run - what a weapon Jacoby is becoming as he matures as a hitter - if only he would learn to Bunt - where's NEM when you need him
- I liked Tommy, he was a good guy in Boston with Jimy Williams and they both gave me their tickets several times - I miss him for that - especially when they played in NY - hell they even asked me to drive in some scouts of other teams who stayed at the same hotel

I am very happy for him. But did anyone think he was a little less than humble when he tied the record last week? Not quite on par with Rickey Henderson's # 939 but maybe a lifted base and a microphone short?
Clearly I am exaggerating and I like this guy but I'm wondering if anyone else who saw it live felt he maybe was a little too gracious in his acceptance of accolades for a record he was simply tying and not breaking.
Regardless, this is just to spark some debate. Congrats to Jacoby, I hope he is the Grady Sizemore (but with more power) he's been touted as for many years to come.
