I would never in a million years be considered a conservative, but this administration seems to have no cogent plan of action. This Obama cat is makin' me dizzy...

I'm about as anti-religious extremism (and anti-religion) as a man can be, but I also know that people -- yes, even foreigners -- are supposed to be considered innocent until they're proven guilty. That's one of the things that makes our country what it is. If you start hacking away at that, this country will eventually turn into England. Or Germany. Or Saudi Arabia. Take your pick.

No. I'm sorry but most of these people were caught red handed by our special forces engaged in combat or plotting against our country under no flag other than Jihadism.

They're lucky they weren't executed at the moment of capture. They shouldn't be afforded the privilege of the Geneva Convention as they fought under no flag. And they certainly should not be giving protection under our Constitution as they aren't Americans!
