Let's see... Paps makes $6.25M this year... Fine is $1000?... So, that's roughly equivalent to someone that makes $50K a year being fined $80.

Stupid rule and stupid fine from the DoucheBags that make up the rules commitee in MLB. That's basically the equivalent of trying to read Papelbons mind and saying that he's intentionally trying to slow the game down. I'd throw the BS flag on that one.
