I'm so tired of this weather! Cold, rainy and raw. I should not have to sit in my home office with a blanket wrapped around me when it is nearly June. I'm sure I'll be complaining about the heat soon enough, but I'm really sick of this.
And poor NG Jr. Every year the music program participates in a festival where they perform in the morning and then get to spend the afternoon/early evening at Six Flags. Today is the day. What is the weather like at the park today? Cold and damp with thunderstorms expected. Stinks when you look forward to something for a long time and the weather doesn't cooperate. :unsortiert007:

I've been doing a lot of work on the grass, flower beds and garden so I'm actually looking at the positives of this weather as we move into June.
SO SUE ME!!!

If there is anything i hate, its a guy who always looks at the positive side of things. Next you'll be telling us that even though David Ortiz isnt hittng well, he is actually helping the team by keeping his teammates legs fresh for October from all the running they would be doing if he drove them in.

Good thing I'm not that kind of guy (http://www.soxplanet.com/forums/showpost.php?p=82693&postcount=6) then. :th_coffee:

Eh. I dug holes in my front yard all weekend, I almost hoped for rain (although then I would have had to be inside with prom festivities.

It's gone over 100 every day this week.
Funny thing is, I've gotten to the point where (a) I no longer believe that 102F is all that hot, and (b) I'm rooting for higher temperatures to heat up my pool.

It's not the heat it's the humidity. ;)

Not much of that humidity stuff around here. Not until so-called 'monsoon season' starts, anyway.
This is the first year I've had a pool (I bought this house two months ago). I discovered it's actually possible to shiver when the outside temperature is 94F. You just have to step out of the pool when the wind is blowing hard enough.
