In the spirit of UT's post for Chiefsplanet wanderers...

Does Squirmin' Herman suck so bad as a head coach that he will be single-handedly responsible for the Chiefs not making the playoffs?

Or is Herman a good coach, albeit a little misguided and naive due to his inexperience, who is ready to blossom in his second job the way Belichick did in his?

Herm is pretty bad.

Guys like him tend to do well in the short-term when taking over from a disciplinarian type, but the bottom line is that his game strategy is lacking. I don't know how much input he had into personnel decisions in NY, but that team was so banged-up it was hard to know if they have any talent at all.

He's fun to have around, but I wouldn't want him as my HC.

Herm is a dumb ass

Has he hired a "clock coach" in KC?
