I'm happy to see somebody sign Nixon but at the same time I am sad. I am a huge fan Trot Nixon (one of my favorite players), it's going to be weird looking at the right field corner and not seeing him.

The JD Drew situation is taking a long time to get resolved.

I hope Trot has a good year.

Be calm Mikie! At the moment, no Drew menas WMP is the everyday rightfielder. Granted, defensively he's an, uh, 'adventure', but if he ends up being the everyday guy he'll have a monstor offensive year. This is a great team, better then the '04 squad. Should be a great year!
