Buckners kid here ... just wanted to send along a little cheer as the Sox fight for their lives tonight. Thought all you Sux fans would like to see this.

With the ascension of the Tampa Bay Rays into the upper echelon of baseball, it became apparent to me that I知 not going to have as much space on the bandwagon as I once did. And as much as I like to stretch out and put my feet up, I知 absolutely ecstatic to welcome new fans. But I知 going to make a distinction between Rays fans and Rays rooters in this blog.


The Rays are similarly happy to welcome new fans, even though most of them are either Red Sox fans hating the Yankees, or Yankees fans hating the Red Sox, or baseball fans in general that are just sick of the Yankees and the Red Sox altogether. We値l take 粗m all.


So in an effort to welcome new Rays fans, yet also make a distinction of those few that actually rooted for players like Paul Sorrento, Casey Fossum and Ben Grieve, I have come up with this True-False Quiz to help separate the groups of Rays fans:

Did Rays fan even root for Grieve, Sorrento and Fossum? Was there Rays fans then?
