Did Retired Vice Admiral Scott Redd, director of the National Counterterrorism Center, get a visit from the Bush Gestapo after being critical of the war in Iraq, and was forced to resign?

Redd told NBC News that the United States is NOT safer as a result of the Iraq war, totally contradicting the official White House message stating that the threat level would have been worse if the United States had not attacked Iraq.

Redd also indicated that, because of our attack on Iraq, the recruiting efforts of terrorist groups has expanded.

Then, suddenly, Redd announced his sudden resignation from the NTC to have surgery and spend more time with his family.

When announcing his resignation to his crew at the NTC, Redd completely contradicted the statements he made to NBC a few days earlier when he said to them in a note, "I believe that as a country we are better prepared today than at any time in our history to wage this war,"

He neglected to mention what he said just a few days earlier, to NBC, that in his opinion, America is less safe today because of the Iraq war.

Therefore, one has to wonder what may have caused the sudden change in Admiral Redd's opinion?

Did he receive a knock on his door, or a ring on his phone from the feuhrer? Or, was it the VICE Feuhrer?

"You're either with us, or against us."

But you don't need to be a genius to understand the logic behind what causes terrorist organizations to gain strength. Excerpt from article:

An investigation by Engel into the motives of accused terrorists in Iraq -- many of whom previously held ordinary jobs prior to the US invasion -- indicated that America's presence in the country was a motivating factor in inspiring attacks.

NO SHIT SHERLOCK! If China invaded us on unsubstantiated accusations, don't you think our sign-up lines at the Army recruitment office would be a little longer?

For the record, China doesn't need to invade us. All theyhave to do is call in all the IOU's they hold on what we own them, and if we don't pay up, they foreclose on us, as a nation. THEY OWN US.
