It's not like this decided the game, but did anyone else notice how much Burowski licked his hands in the bottom of the 9th last night? In game 1, I think they penalized Beckett a ball for blowing into his hands, even though it was about 47 degrees.
But, I don't think I've ever noticed a pitcher stick their tounge out and outright lick their palms. Burowski did that a bunch of times and when he wasn't doing that, he cupped his hand in front of his mouth and looked like he was hacking some crap into it.
Not a big deal, but I couldn't figure out why the umps didn't say anything and the Sox didn't complain.
