Since my childhood I've realized that what I bought into as a kid was all just a marketing ploy. I now enjoy all geek-like comics and movies equally.

Batman, Hellboy, Superman, Sin City, 300, the Watchmen, etc etc. I dig it all now. But when I was a kid the marketing got me. I was all "XMEN RULES JUSTICE LEAGUE IS TEH GAYZOR"
