Again, I'm gonna take advantage of the time loophole (1:32am here in the Azores) and get this one started.
However, rather than 80's Mojo, I decided to go with some cheesy Portuguese mojo. And I can't find any cheesier from this country than Agata. This song is used as a running joke here, mainly because of the overdramatic refrain:

One more. This one is a favorite among college kids, that's right, COLLEGE KIDS. Any campus he goes to here in Portugal and he's GUARANTEED to sell out the hall/arena he plays in. His name is Quim Barreiros, and is regarded as a legend in this country:

Hey, can we start calling Gabbard, Scab-ard. Hopefully, Buchy or Lester will be ready for the bigs soon.

The Royals are a troupe of discrete Swedish Co-eds who have come to America to do research on oral sex?

I was traumatized with this one when I was a kid, and for mojo purposes, I've decided to pass that pain onto you:

Just in case you were wondering...Clay Buchholz is not quite ready to be the savior just yet. 3-0 Ottawa over the PawSox. Buchholz has given up 4 hits for 3 runs including a homerun and a balk. He has 2 strike outs. Obviously this is just his first AAA start. He will be fine.

Of course now Luso is going to be unbearbale until Gabbard's next start :D
Thats, if i am not mistaken three good outings in a row. I remember his first start, a few weeks ago, where he walked the ballpark and they were all over him in the first couple of innings, and I said, what the hell are they starting this kid for?
Now, it appears as if he's got it..and it couldnt be coming at a better time.
Awesome performance...made me get rid of all the recent frustration.

Nope. Kason's doing the talking for me :)
What I said was that he could do equal or better than Tavarbage and he's a rookie so he can improve. So far, he's been proving me right.
I agree. I have never liked Tavarez, and when he had that little stretch of good outings, I was shocked, wondering who was in his body.
And with Gabbard, when he had that horrible outing, the one he got bombed in just a few innings, and walked the ballpark, I was wondering what the hell he was doing out there and wondering if Francona was drunk.
But the kid has come around, and in an awesome way...and he just might be the spark needed to get out of the doldrums.
That being said, Wakefield goes tonight, and he worries me. His pitches have become flat lately, and even I might get a hit off of him....
