Set it in the config to GMT, then in your profile to your local time zone...going to find the answer to your other question now.

Go to the top menu - vBulletin Options, Style and Language Settings, last option on that screen - Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template set to YES. That was the first thing I looked up when looking at VB, I hate have the avatar and stuff be on top.
