The Pitching has been great lately. They were due for a bad outing. The offense needs to win a game here and there. They haven't in a long time. They need to wake the fug up. The AL East lead is getting smaller and smaller by the day. Credit the Yanks for playing good ball. What was 14.5 is now 8.5. They made up 6 games is two weeks.. Not good trends going on right now.

This team reminds me of 2002.

It's time for a shake-up. Coco is better served as a fourth outfielder. Get Elsbury or Moss up to the bigs. Either of them can't be half as bad as Coco (granted Coco's having a Gold Glove year in center).

Same goes for Drew. Get him out of the five spot. I know if you put Lowell there you have a righty-righty thing but who's more productive right now?

Okay, Hinske is put on waivers and get some prospects so you don't have to worry about tinkering with your Major League roster too much. I wonder if a hinske has some value to a team in need of a 3rd baseman - like the Dodgers - not to get much in return but to put him in the NL - seems they always come back to hurt you

your Idea makes a lot of sense and I hope it is being discussed by the trio and theo - hell Hanley was pushed by the Marlins and look how well he did, Elsbury needs to only hit .225 and he is an improvement over Crisp who in his new role will improve hte bench defense - something lacking right now - and speed

Fogg is kind of weird. His stuff is average at best, he doesn't put up great numbers, but somehow, he always manages to win 10 games. If Josh Fogg had pitched every day for the Buccos, we'd have been .500 every year. And no one would be able to explain it.
