Linda Ronstadt. Annihilus hates when that happens.

The only consolation is that she used to be hot.

I miss so much lately because photobucket and youtube are blocked by my company's filter

I've got the Roy Orbison version in my head.

That pic of Ronstadt was the only time in her life she looked hot (that and the roller skating pic). She usually hovers between 2 and 3 bills.

Last night at work I had I'm Telling You Now by Freddie & The Dreamers and Hungry by Paul Revere & The Raiders both stuck in my head. Course, I then had to pass it on to one of the guys at work which made me feel better. Course, then I got really mean and started singing How Do you Do It? by Gerry & The Pacemakers. That, along with I'm Telling You Now are just two choruses that attach themselves to your brain and won't let go.

I enjoy sharing the love.

You know what's funny... I didn't even listen to it, but just from seeing the pic I started singing the chorus.

And why especially me? I mean, at least they were good songs. I could have mentioned something like The Way We Were or Turn Around, Look At Me or some shit.

Oh wait... Guess I have mentioned them now. :)

For reasons that are not apparent even to me, today I have Red Barchetta by Rush rattling around my addled brain.

Me too... I knew what was coming and I still had to push that damn button.

Oh the siren song lure of an unpressed button....

Red Barchetta is cool - if ya haveta have an earworm, that's not a bad one.

The weird part is it's not the whole song in order, just different random verses.

I think I may be going mad.:icon_axe:

That's really freakin' weird....Annihilus had 2112 stuck in his head for about two weeks a short time ago. Same as you, it was just different random verses, but mostly this one:

Another toy will help destroy
The elder race of man
Forget about your silly whim
It doesnt fit the plan

Better than Blue Bayou for sure. Red Barchetta is a good song too.

Anni,

Do you think Neal Pert is beaming the songs into our heads in an effort to control the world?

Anni,

Do you think Neal Pert is beaming the songs into our heads in an effort to control the world?

Yeah, probably.....thankfully he's sticking to the classics! Grace Under Pressure was the last release of theirs that Annihilus really enjoyed (he hasn't heard Vapor Trails yet).
